Hoping the new owners will love it as much as the sellers did. It's always hard when a seller becomes your friend over the course of the transaction ....and then they move away! Whether you are working with a buyer or a seller, you enter into a relationship, sometimes good and sometimes not so good, but I try to make it a good one.
